Senior Product Manager, Online Fundraising & Engagement (NGP VAN)

Responsibilities & Requirements: Our Product Managers combine a passion for discovery efforts, a desire to constantly engage with clients, leadership skills to drive change for our clients, quantitative skills to measure impact, and presentation skills to evangelize their visions. We progress beyond a myopic focus on "what to do today" towards "what we need to build for tomorrow." The impact of our work empowers social good organizations, funding organizations, social change nonprofits, and political candidates whose goals are to help those who need it most, and our products must live up to those critical customer missions every day. The Product Manager role will be responsible for developing critical online fundraising and engagement capabilities. Organizations and campaigns, big and small, must be able to quickly and effectively adopt best-in-class solutions that will ensure their teams can succeed at running optimized, targeted, multi-channel digital campaigns that drive results and increase fundraising and engagement. This position carries a great deal of influence by building and fostering trust among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Understanding our clients' perspectives, goals, and processes to determine how our software can empower them will be critical to their success and ours.
