Remedi SeniorCare is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join its Human Capital Team. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads all activities associated with the enterprise-wide talent acquisition life cycle. Responsibilities: Build and execute a talent acquisition strategy to source and secure high-quality talent in an efficient and cost-effective manner including: job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Provide leadership/guidance to the Talent Acquisition team.Build relationships and become a trusted advisor to line managers in order to facilitate the talent acquisition process.Identify and collaborate with new vendors (ie, social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical sourcing alternatives), as a means to expand candidate flow.Expand relationships and negotiate agreements with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, as a backup resource for technical/senior positions. Working with the marketing department, develop employment branding initiatives and develop social media strategies to help position the Company as an "employer of choice" among active and passive candidates. Establish, track and report recruiting metrics with the ability to leverage that data to inform business decisions.Leverage technology, tools, and internal and external best practices to optimize processes and performance.Identify market research data to determine where to find the best talent who fit our business needs, posess the requsit technical skills and provide cultural diversity.Administer the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). Use necessary tools to optimize functionality while meeting budget parameters.Manage the talent acquisition budget through vendor negotiations/utilizations and ongoing systems optimation levers.Identify and plan for future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.Develop online literature related to corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.Conduct full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and corporate positionsOther Duties/Responsibilities:Leverage the existing compensation database to support talent acquistion efforts Employ marketing initiatives and branding campaignsDirect coordination of internal referral programsDevelop the corporate policy for talent bench-marking Review and recommend candidate talent assessment tools/instrumentsDirect training on interviewing skills and policiesOversee the coordination of employment events such as career fairs, job fairs, etc.Develop college and technical school recruiting programs.Develop specialized or competitive intelligence/research and employee engagement activities, to support talent development and retention. Strong behavior-based interviewing skills.Knowledge of applicant tracking and new hire coordination.Experience training managers/supervisor on interviewing skills.Experience in health care contracting (preferred).
