CGI is seeking a full time Program Management Analyst to join our team supporting a new Program Management Office (PMO) contract at the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Our team delivers a full range of services providing IT and program administration, operations management, governance and oversight support services.Your future duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and distribute documentation associated with a large-scale IT implementation, including requirements artifacts, project and program schedules and performance reports,Refine existing artifacts to ensure stakeholders find them accurate, actionable, impactful and visually appealing.Support business process improvements including evaluation of as-is processes and development of process flow diagrams.Support process automation efforts.Support configuration management efforts to control project artifacts.Support Agile ceremonies including retrospectives, standups and backlog grooming sessions.Required qualifications to be successful in this roleDue to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.1 year of relevant experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Desired Qualifications:Active Secret Clearance.Bachelor's degree.Experience with Agile project and program management.Experience supporting a PMO effort.Experience supporting DHS.Experience using Jira, Confluence and M365 project management tools.Experience with project dashboard platforms including Tableau, PowerBI and Jira.Aspiration to grow into project management.#CGIFederalJob#LI-MC3Build your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
