Job responsibilities include:Function as the primary Capability Network point-of-contact for all the banking accounts based in the NA South Market UnitDevelop and execute the go-to-market plan for the Banking Industry in NA SouthPlan, direct and coordinate campaign activities for South banking, with a focus on increasing CN awareness and engagementDevelop and scale relationships with NA South banking Leadership and NA South Client Group and Client Account LeadsIncrease penetration of the Capability Network in the NA South Banking accounts, both from a sales and delivery perspectiveActively manage the qualified pipeline for Banking in NA South driving and leading sales enablement activities jointly with Market Unit Leads and Client Account LeadsProactively drive and ensure CN engagement through active contribution and leadership in big deals across NA South Banking AccountsDrive sales origination and lead pursuit teams and participate in all aspects of proposal development to sales closure and deliveryIncrease CN share of direct and indirect credits for Banking accounts in the NA South Market UnitProvide insights from the market to develop relevant market offerings and capabilitiesProvide proactive intelligence to drive overall capability development and recruitment strategy across CN nodes, specific to the Banking IndustryActively support the CN leadership in North America and in the South Market Unit to strategize and execute CN expansion plansWork closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge combined with consulting skillset to help them achieve their goals.Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activitiesMentor team members contribute to their professional development.Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projectsPreferred QualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions.
