PRO-Telligent, A Tetra Tech Company, needs a Construction Manager with a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance for construction of $340M 9 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC) in Tegucigalpa, Honduras with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). The position is starting in May/June but the project has had our people on the ground much longer. The Project $340M 9 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC) 7 Story Chancery Support Annex (SPX) Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) Shops, Vehicle Maintenance Bays 3 Compound Access Control Facilities (CACs) Utility Building (UTL), Parking Structure (PKG) Warehouse, Perimeter Security Site/Landscape Improvements Project is expected to last another 18 months and we ask that you commit to work the duration of the project. Housing and transportation allowances provided. Uplift includes 20% of base salary as well as 15% COLA Benefits include (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home every 9 months on assignment) Position Description Provide wide range of construction management functions in support of US Department of State. Provide USG leadership with expertise in planning, directing, management, and coordination of project to ensure it meets intended scope and schedule. Coordinate efforts of staff, ensure appropriate safety and accident prevention plan is implemented, assist in planning/scheduling work, ensure any necessary licenses/permits are obtained, and coordinate solutions to problems involving work procedures/complaints. Receive/review/track submittals from contractor, maintain "Daily Project Log", prepare "CM Monthly Report", assist in acquiring/utilizing local construction contractors, develop/maintain inventory, and support Project Director in all contract administration matters. Requirements US Govt.
