The applicant will serve as a primary action officer to coordinate the procedural and administrative efforts for the acquisition of technically focused, urgent Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) projects. The position requires the applicant to coordinate and manage support agreements, develop detailed acquisition strategies and project plans, task tracking products, milestone dates and decisions to ensure proper sequencing of events and budgets throughout the lifecycle management of rapid acquisition projects. The position requires applicant to possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.Work you'll do:Serves as the Division support agreement coordinator and acquisition advisor to maintain oversight and coordinate efforts of assigned projects while identifying and recommending actions to ensure each Counter-WMD project meets or exceeds cost, schedule and performance parameters and identified goalsEnsures Division support agreements are drafted, processed, and tracked in accordance with DTRA policiesMonitors project cost, schedule, performance, milestones, and key events for multiple DTRA Research & Development (RD), CWMD Technologies Department (CX), Urgent Solutions Division (CXU) projectsCoordinates with Service and Interagency Program Managers for DTRA funded projects to facilitate acquisition strategy to include development, evaluation, fielding, employment and ultimate transfer to service and interagency partners for lifecycle managementResponsible for the justification, development, execution, and sustainment of DTRA Counter-WMD capabilitiesDevelops Alternatives of Analysis (AOA's) and conducts novel market research to support CWMD and emerging threat solutions and Course of Action (COA) generationPrepares executive level General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) briefing presentationsThe team:Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
