Senior Associate, Audit Chief of Staff Team

Audit is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail oriented Senior Associate to join the Chief of Staff team. This Senior Associate position will play a critical role in our organizational management practices and governance, associate events and programs, as well as provide horizontal support to key programs associated with Training, Engagement and Diversity Inclusion and Belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Audit's Boot Camp class creation process, which includes management of a class creation in One Learn, prepping facilitators on best practices, and producers on session requirements
  • Assist with Boot Camp completion tracking, which includes tracking associates completion of class, communication of follow ups to be completed, and exception to the Boot Camp control
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to identify courses that would be beneficial to Audit department
  • Manage Audit's Recognition Program, which includes partnering with Recognition Champs across Audit teams to promote a culture of recognition and track effectiveness of initiatives
  • Support team Pulse and Slack communications about events, training, and engagement
  • Support Audit's Pulse presence, which includes ongoing reviewing and updating of content, tracking Pulse metrics, and making recommendations for changes and improvements
  • Share insights and draw connections between the various programs and processes to strengthen process and build efficiencies
  • Review of Audit's policies and standards related to Learning and Development
  • Maintain and enhance process documentation for Learning and Development

  • You have a strong background in process management and process optimization.
  • You are well versed in Google Forms, Google Sheets, Vessel, Pulse, and Tableau Reader.
  • You enjoy helping others, answering questions, trouble-shooting, and solving problems.
  • You are a critical thinker who constantly evaluates risk, connection points, and the importance of being well-managed.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and value clear, audit-ready documentation.
  • You are a team player AND you enjoy driving processes independently.
  • You are a clear communicator and can craft language that is precise with a clear call to action.
  • You possess a relentless focus on quality and timeliness.
  • You adapt to change, embrace bold ideas, and are intellectually curious. You like to ask questions, test assumptions, and challenge conventional thinking.


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of process management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
  • At least 1 year of experience writing and sending communication to large audiences


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Proficiency in Google Forms and Google Sheets
  • 1+ year experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (Tableau)
  • 1+ year experience with Vessel and Pulse
  • 1+ year experience in Communication
  • 1+ year of Risk Management experience
  • 1+ year of Project or Process Management experience
