Solutions Analyst (Remote Eligible)
Summary:
This role is responsible for defining and managing various aspects of Program operational processes including shepherding new intent to readiness, governance and definition of done.
General Responsibilities:
- Shepherd new intent via Business Epics/Features etc. by working with the Product and Tech Leaders
- Ensure all new intent and NFRs are appropriately refined and prioritized
- Provide data and metrics support when to visualize intent readiness for the assigned portfolio/program
- Highly functional in a dynamic, challenging environment
- Comfortable shifting between the tactical and strategic priorities
- Create a collaborative environment among tech, product and delivery
- Coach the teams and leaders on best agile and solutions analysis practices
- Be a thought leader who can help collaboratively create healthy structures to drive the ultimate product and tech vision while fostering Agile mindset

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- At least 2 years of Technical Program Management experience
- At least 5 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- At least 1 year of experience with scaled Agile (SAFe framework)
- At least 1 year of experience supporting software development teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 3+ years experience of Technical Program Management experience
- 1+ years experience with Jira, Confluence or GSuite
- Ability to understand business and system processes to make improvement recommendations
- Agile or SAFe certification
- Lean Project Management certification (LPM)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification
