Solutions Analyst (Remote Eligible)

Summary:

This role is responsible for defining and managing various aspects of Program operational processes including shepherding new intent to readiness, governance and definition of done.

General Responsibilities:
  • Shepherd new intent via Business Epics/Features etc. by working with the Product and Tech Leaders
  • Ensure all new intent and NFRs are appropriately refined and prioritized
  • Provide data and metrics support when to visualize intent readiness for the assigned portfolio/program
  • Highly functional in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • Comfortable shifting between the tactical and strategic priorities
  • Create a collaborative environment among tech, product and delivery
  • Coach the teams and leaders on best agile and solutions analysis practices
  • Be a thought leader who can help collaboratively create healthy structures to drive the ultimate product and tech vision while fostering Agile mindset

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • At least 2 years of Technical Program Management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks
  • At least 1 year of experience with scaled Agile (SAFe framework)
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting software development teams


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • 3+ years experience of Technical Program Management experience
  • 1+ years experience with Jira, Confluence or GSuite
  • Ability to understand business and system processes to make improvement recommendations
  • Agile or SAFe certification
  • Lean Project Management certification (LPM)
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification
