Well known research organization seeking Spanish bilingual work at home telephone interviewers to conduct research interviews with participants in a long term study. Competitive salary. Immediate start.
Candidates must be able to work 15-40 hours per week, during any of the following times: ·
  • Evenings (6pm - 9pm ET),
  • Late Evenings (9pm - 12am ET), and
  • Weekends (Sat 10am - 6 pm ET; Sun 2pm - 9pm ET).
You must be 18 years of age or older, be able to work in both Spanish and English, provide a voice sample and have strong computer skills. The following items are needed to support at-home interviewing:
  • A wired high speed internet connection (cable, DSL or fiber optic only) that you use during working hours (hard-wired connection for example with Ethernet cable)
  • Reliable telephone (corded landline or cell phone) with a hands-free corded headset. 
    • Features (e.g. call waiting, voicemail, call forwarding etc.) must be disabled during working hours
  • Windows-based PC computer (Windows 10 or later) with a web camera (video and audio functionality)
  • In home access to a printer
You will need to be able to update and install security and anti-virus software for your system, browsers such as IE or others as required by the project, software including Adobe Reader, Skype, and other similar products as needed for specific projects. Your work environment should include a quiet private and secure work space to conduct interviews (does not have to be a dedicated office, but work environment must be quiet and secure during work hours, including training).
 Not permitted:
  • cordless phones, bluetooth headsets,
  • Use of wireless routers or WIFI connection to Internet for interviewing
