Job Summary/Company: Our client, a mental health policy organization, is looking for a diligent Operations Associate to provide temporary administrative support for clients participating in a mental health support course. Qualified candidates will bring a strong customer service background and previous experience working within a learning management system.

Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position. Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed and quality data input for manual transactions for customers using internal learning management system
  • Provide high-quality responses to client tickets, emails, and calls related to exception activities (a process or processes that are set aside for specific clients)
  • Support the development of end-user documentation including training manuals, job aids and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver solutions and support ongoing initiatives
  • Provides first-level remediation of reported technical issues from the MHFA department staff and coordinates escalation as needed

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional related experience
  • Detail-oriented for the purpose of data entry and understanding a clients' needs
  • Results-oriented with a high attention quality client support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint
