Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is partnered with a company that provides a full-spectrum of linguistic and foreign language training support to government and commercial organizations. They have provided services in over 100 languages to meet our customers' translation, interpretation, transcription and language and cultural training needs. They specialize in mobilizing the linguistic, technical, and management personnel needed to meet mission critical communications and operational objectives. We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic Professional Education and Training team.

The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting, organizing and filing training program documentation and materials
- Managing classroom space (set-up, clean up, computer availability, boards and markers, sign-in sheets, coordinating access to building, classroom and parking)
- Assisting project managers and instructors with training program administrative tasks
- Training new instructors on Webex and troubleshooting basic computer issues such as copying
- Tracking training program metrics and updating department databases
- Assembling student training materials
- Purchasing and tracking training department materials (binders, posters, etc.)
- Reconciling training program credit card and expense report reconciliation
- Providing research support for training programs
- Other related administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office & Excel)
- Knowledge of Webex helpful
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- US citizen
- Must be able to drive and run some errands for training programs
