As a Diversity Sourcer supporting our Tech organization you'll play a key role in supporting Capital One's robust diversity recruiting strategy, championed by our CEO. The successful candidate will be a proven, innovative sourcer who drives results and navigates strategies. You'll be passionate about accelerating the flow of diverse talent into Capital One's talent pipelines. This position is responsible for maximizing all sourcing tools and partnerships to build and engage with candidates. You are specialized in sourcing processes, including managing complex candidate pipelines. In this role, you will partner with Recruiters to understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing diverse talent for our Tech organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target candidate profile
  • Manage sourcing candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and building robust relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with recruiters and managers, supporting and providing recruiting solutions and consult on their talent needs
  • Manage accurate candidate and status information in applicant tracking system and Candidate Relationship Platform.
  • Create approaches that look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and engage the best talent in the market
  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and competitive intelligence, and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
  • Leverage sourcing data to proactively provide status updates and results to leadership
  • Partner as a sourcing subject matter expert training colleagues on new sourcing strategies and tactics

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sourcer or 2 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
  • At least 2+ years of experience with advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a strategic sourcer
  • Experience with Tech sourcing
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
