  • Partnering cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Understanding long term roadmaps across decisioning platforms and using that to influence prioritization of business initiatives to create efficiencies
  • Ability to own end-to-end service delivery & ownership in partnership with/on behalf of our internal customers
  • Ability to navigate through an increasingly complex ecosystem, abstracting away the underlying complexity for our internal customers
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, demonstrating equal adeptness at communicating & collaborating with both groups
  • Ability to provide our internal customers with full transparency into the overall delivery process, effort statuses, resourcing allocations, etc.

We're looking for candidates who are:
  • Intellectually curious and show high level of comfort with ambiguity and complexity
  • Highly fungible and can operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency in delivering outcomes
  • Comfortable at thinking big and connecting the dots to align our platform direction with strategic goals of our business segments
  • Exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with internal customers and platform partners

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or Analytics or Solutions engineering or Technical consulting or product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with complex decisioning systems
