Responsibilities
- Serves as a leader to facilitate their team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Removes impediments and roadblocks for the scrum team.
- Facilitates and maintains scrum ceremonies including but not limited to daily stand-ups, plannings, retrospectives, team demos and backlog refinement
- Aids in the decision-making process to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Works with product owners to manage product backlogs and plan for future work by organizing sprints
- Fosters communication and coach team to help improve team workflow and better the Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and/or equivalent experience using Agile methods.
- 2 years of Agile, product or project management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
- Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
