Objectives of this Role
Background Requirements:
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn search functions, job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
• Organizational skills required
• 3+ years of experience recruiting a wide-range of operational roles including Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional
• Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities

Objectives of this Role
- This is an end-to-end recruiting role: sourcing for candidates, contacting potential employees, conducting candidate interviews, screening, moving candidates through the interview process, checking references, documenting, and negotiating compensation
- Work closely with leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of operational role levels, ranging from sales support roles to C-level executives
- Help implement innovative recruiting strategies to acquire top talent
- Develop long-term relationships through various means of networking and engagement
