Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a rapidly growing consulting firm dedicated to supporting healthcare organizations by providing the highest quality Electronic Health Record (EHR) consulting services. Our partner is experiencing rapid growth and needs a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help them meet their hiring goals! Objectives of this Role
  • This is an end-to-end recruiting role: sourcing for candidates, contacting potential employees, conducting candidate interviews, screening, moving candidates through the interview process, checking references, documenting, and negotiating compensation
  • Work closely with leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of operational role levels, ranging from sales support roles to C-level executives
  • Help implement innovative recruiting strategies to acquire top talent
  • Develop long-term relationships through various means of networking and engagement

Background Requirements:

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn search functions, job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems

• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

• Organizational skills required

• 3+ years of experience recruiting a wide-range of operational roles including Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional

• Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
