Job Description:
We're seeking a person to join our team who has a passion for recruiting. We know this is one of the most important roles in our entire organization with one of the toughest jobs but it is also one of the most rewarding. In filling this role, we want to hire an individual who is self-motivated and has a positive attitude with the desire to turn an applicant into a team member.
Our perfect candidate will have had prior experience as a recruiter in a financial institution, but we're open to a wide variety of HR experiences. Our ideal candidate is mostly self-directed but has a strong team player attitude. You'll need to have good Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and exceptional written and oral communicate skills.
You're the type of person who thrives on this idea of building relationships as, in this role, you will work with a wide variety of hiring managers in our organization to identify the next member of the team. You like the idea the job is part detective, the pace is high, there is no chance of getting bored, and that you can almost feel the smile forming on your face at someone enthusiastically accepting an offer of employment.
Your former co-workers and bosses would describe you as outgoing, positive, warm, empathic, and friendly. They would also tell us you've got great listening skills and can quickly engage in a conversation with a complete stranger. Finally, you would be proud to show us on your last review you got high marks for your reliability, tracking, and follow-through.
