Legal Assistant/Project Assitant

Junior administrative assistant sought for Project Assistant role in DC law firm.

In this role, you will gain valuable legal experience; this is an excellent position for someone who is considering law school in the next few years and wants to gain hands-on experience in a law firm.

Daily duties include:

• Check mail
• Deposit checks
• Legal administrative work
• Prepare binders/materials for attorneys
• Edit work documents for attorneys
• Assist with marketing materials/updates
• Assist Office Manager with ad hoc administrative and clerical duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Degree preferred but not required
• Excellent MS Office, Adobe, and database skills
• Able to multi-task
• Can-do attitude
• Well organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
