Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an Business Analysis, Analyst (Travel Systems Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. The analyst will work in cooperation with the Global Financial Service Support (GFSS) team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS).
Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis for agency travel Helpdesk requests, and other system Helpdesk requests as needed
- Conduct financial analysis as required for Tier 2 Helpdesk requests and special projects.
- Conduct testing and issue tracking for new project implementations and annual initiatives.
- Regular Helpdesk support to interact with external customers regarding government travel and use of government systems.
- Provide team leadership once proven in the client environment
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of analyst experience
- Bachelors degree in a business related field
- Experience with financial systems
- Experience working within a dynamic team environment
- Very good communication and customer support skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Experience with E2 Solutions
- Experience with Momentum Financials
- Microsoft certifications
