What you'll do
Provide program management support for Brand's People efforts to include:
- Lead the execution of Performance and Talent Management programs across the department
- Prepare managers and leaders for all PM and Talent activities
- Provide training and tools for all Brand associates and people leaders
- Work with Brand Communications on the annual Performance and Talent Management communication plans
- Coordinate all talent and calibration activities
- Manage People Data and insights
- Create Quarterly Dashboards for executive teams
- Partner with HR to analyze and understand talent insights to inform department programming
- Develop All Associate Survey reports
- Assist in research and development of recruiting programming and processes
- Manage DIB & People Budget investments
- Prepare managers and leaders for all PM and Talent activities

Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with Project Management, Process Management, Program Support, People Programming, Recruiting, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- Proficient in G-Suite products, specifically Sheets and Slides
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Learning and Development, Recruiting or Performance & Talent Management
- Experience with people data analytics
