Asset Protection Specialist NF4
This position is located in the Plans, Policy, and Analysis (PP&A) Directorate, Business and Support Services Division (MR), Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department, Headquarters, United States Marine Corps. The incumbent serves as the Asset Protection Specialist and is responsible for coordinating and implementing asset protection and loss prevention policy and programs for MR-directed Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) programs and support services. Serves as the subject matter expert and principal author for MR policy pertaining to MCCS Asset Protection. Develops, documents, and/or evaluates policies and procedures for inventory management, warehouse and receiving operations, cash handling, property control, security, loss prevention, safety, and other business processes. Evaluates the effectiveness of proposed security measures for the planned construction, remodeling or closing of Marine Corps Exchange and MCCS facilities. Makes recommendations for the installation or modification of security devices for the planned construction and remodeling of Marine Corps Exchange and MCCS facilities.
