Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Senior Lease Administrator for our Property Management Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Senior Lease Administrator you will:
• Be responsible for all phases of hard and soft lease files, including reviewing and monitoring lease duties, ensuring database integrity and budgetary accuracy.
• Maintain electronic files as well as abstracts in MRI/ProLease, perform continual lease audits, works with property management to ensure lease compliance, manage security deposits, work with accounting and property management on operating expense reconciliations and rent billings.
• Create and maintain reports on critical operational and financial metrics and measurables.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret various types of real estate documents, including leases, contracts, and financial statements
• Fundamental understanding of key aspects of the lease process and their impact on property performance
• Organized with ability to multi-task while keeping track of priorities and maintaining big picture focus

Qualifications include:
• High level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MRI/ProLease and Workday
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, pro forma analysis and market analysis
• Strong attention to detail. Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 Years Commercial lease administration/analysis experience
