Adventist Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Lead Food Service Worker who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Lead Food Service Worker, you will:
• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to team members
• Serve as intermediary between staff members and supervisors.
• Ensures food products are produced in a timely manner under appropriate food safety guidelines.
• As needed, prepares food on time by following standardized recipes 100% of
• the time at the correct temperature and accurately documents time and temperature.
• Maintains sanitation for area utilization and responsible for HAACP and food safety.
• Communicate proactively to direct supervisor to ensure superior outcomes are met on a daily
basis.

Qualifications include:
• Previous hospital food service experience helpful
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English/ Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
