Process Manager - Senior Associate

Process Managers thrive in understanding how things work - that means designing business processes, understanding, and mitigating business risks and ensuring we have the right controls in place - and then making them better . As a Senior Process Manager in the Centralized Loan Processing Team, you will be working with the Commercial Real Estate Agency Finance Deal Teams and Centralized offshore teams to support loan Originations and related processes. As a Senior Process Manager, you will:
  • Design and manage the daily process flow including process measurement, analysis, and responding to breakdowns as needed
  • Proactively manage the third-party report process including obtaining bids, engagement, drafting site inspection memos and scheduling site inspections, tracking status and due dates
  • Manage cost accounting summaries, tracks vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Maintain loan system of record (Salesforce) to support Underwriting and Closing activities.
  • Manage and deliver loan documents and data to Agencies
  • Execute tasks and responsibilities in compliance to Bank and Agency regulations and guidelines
  • Support various Compliance and Audit reviews including providing responses to data needs, process walkthroughs, issue remediation and designing new controls and documentation
  • Support identification of processes that are good candidates for standardization, digitization or automation and helping design new processes
  • Lead projects from start to finish including scoping, coordination with stakeholders, planning and tracking status
  • Support oversight of processes assigned to offshore team by building an understanding of their responsibilities and help them to navigate through competing priorities
  • Support vendor management functions and ensure they are compliant with the Agency guidelines
  • Create, update, and maintain procedures & job aids related to the Centralized Teams' functions
  • Provide updates / support to stakeholders in the absence of supervisor to ensure a continuous flow of work

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products and Google suite
  • Ability to quickly learn database and applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with sound logic
  • Assertive, proactive, and results-focused
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver timely, error-free work, with a high degree of independence
  • Ability to contribute actively in a team environmentand support team goals through motivating others to consider unique perspectives and approaches to work


Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management.


Preferred Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management.
  • 4+ years of banking experience working in loan administrative function.
  • Advanced degree or certification
