Westat is seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Leader who will be responsible for all FP&A and reporting activities to include both Corporate Finance and Project Finance / Controls. This hands-on position reports to the CFO and will have key interactions with the company's Executive and Practice Leadership Teams. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and have experience successfully leading enterprise wide corporate finance initiatives, communicating financial information, developing finance teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the financial forecasting, analysis and reporting processes of the company, practice areas, and supporting departments providing senior leaders with information to make data-informed business decisions.
· Design, modify and implement financial systems, tools, and processes in conjunction with IT and key stakeholders to support the company's growth and manage costs in a competitive government contracting environment.
· Drive the annual budgeting, long-range planning and annual valuation process.
· Develop collaborative working relationships with various levels of company personnel.
· Manage and regularly report on finance team's responsibilities, initiatives and related performance.
· Build a service oriented finance team focused on both current performance and future career development.
· Ensure all finance processes are efficient, effective and compliant with all relevant regulations including US GAAP, FAR, CAS and company policies.
· Perform other position related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
· 10+ years of progressive corporate FP&A experience in a Government Contracting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Business Administration.
· Deltek Costpoint and Oracle TM1 experience.
· Experience leading a finance organization with 20+ people.

Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, detail oriented and be able to work in a team environment.
