Revenue Analyst / HCD Financial Analyst II

Hiring Range:  $28.02 to $36.49/hour (Grade 19/base-step 9)

The Division of Finance and Administration (DFA) is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst for the Capital Budget team. This position will be responsible for approving encumbrances for capital loan projects to ensure the funds are not over committed. In addition, the position will be responsible for forecasting revenues based on loan repayments of a $1 billion portfolio which is recycled to make new loans as part of the capital budget.  This position will closely interact with internal and external professionals to understand program loan structures, changes in loan terms and estimated payoffs. The preferred candidate will be an excellent communicator, take initiative to work with underwriters and asset managers who write and manage the loan portfolio.
