Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Clinical Program Director of Wound Care who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Clinical Program Director of Wound Care, you will:
• Be responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound
Care Program and other wound care continuum programs for the assigned
area of responsibility.
• Be responsible for the complete oversight of the Wound Care Center (WCC)™,
to include the following functions: day-to-day center operations, staff
management, financial management, quality/performance improvement,
community education, and clinical functions oversight.
• Be responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client
relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating
effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

Requirements include:
• Basic Life Support (BSL)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, to include group
presentation skills; leadership and teaching skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, organizational skills and the ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship and team building, influential skills and motivational skills
• Ability to work with Healogics and hospital management
• Budget and strategic planning skills
• Ability to travel overnight

Qualifications include:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Five (5) years or more of experience in clinical nursing, clinical operations
experience or clinical management
• Two (2) years or more of supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred; Associate's degree required in
Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field
