Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Graphics Designer who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

The Graphics Designer will:
• Reporting to the VP of Public Relations - Marketing, the Graphic Designer will produce PR/Marketing (print and digital) design pieces for a wide variety of Adventist HealthCare internal/external clients.
• This individual will collaborate with the Internal Communications team members and other system PR-Marketing department directors and liaisons to determine project-specific creative requirements and then execute the design for a variety of media channels.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop creative formatting that will best enhance submitted content while following corporate brand standards
• Work with internal business partners to ensure that all produced materials are consistent with brand standards, including ads, brochures, posters, mailers, fliers, newsletters, internal communications, etc.
• Meet all timeline benchmarks and deadlines
• Proof projects to ensure they are error-free
• Work with printers on Adventist HealthCare's Attend staff and system meetings, as assigned
• Manage Wrike on-line Design system and train new staff members on program
• Implement and Manage Photo Storing System
• Seek out new creative products and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge
• Ability to distinguish aesthetic excellence
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management/coordination experience with a high attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills and self-initiative to prioritize and independently balance a large volume of work with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with various stakeholders

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• A minimum of 3 years design experience with an in-house creative department or design firm
