Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Manager, Group Home for our AHC Manor House who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
The Manager, Group Homes will:
• Plan, directs and coordinates services for residents at The Manor, an assisted living/psychiatric group home
•The Manager supervises all staff, programming, and admissions at the Manor and ensures proper care and treatment of our clients.
•Responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for the residents and for maintaining the quality management processes.
• Initiates and implements complete, comprehensive psycho-social assessments
• Provides individual, group, and family therapies to clients and their families
• Participates in and interdisciplinary treatment team to propose and develop strategies and interventions that would promote excellent therapeutic outcomes
• Supervises all Manor staff and operations, treatment teams, staff meetings and other programming meetings as required
Qualified Candidates will have:
• Master's degree in Social Work/Counseling or equivalent master's degree in a recognized health field
• 2-5 years' experience required
• LGSW/LGPC in the State of Maryland required
• LCSW-C/LCPC or an RN with Behavioral Health experience preferred

General working hours are Monday through Friday but weekends are required when coverage is needed.
