Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator for our Leadership and Public Relations/Marketing Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator you will:

•Supports the PR/Marketing Department in the day-to-day activities for external and internal audiences for the Adventist HealthCare Non-acute Care services, which include Outpatient Imaging, Adventist Medical Group, Physician Enterprise and the Cancer service line.
•Works with internal groups such as executives, service-line teams, employees and other PR/Marketing employees (design, web, etc.) for projects related to the PR/Marketing strategies for Non-acute services and the Adventist HealthCare system.
•Works in a fast-paced environment on projects that include but is not limited to: drafting PR/Marketing materials; writing newsletter articles, blogs and social posts; designing materials following brand standards; working with reporters on stories, working with vendors and supporting the overall PR/Marketing department.
•Work with various internal departments and service line leaders on PR/Marketing activities.
•Work with entity leaders to identify and coordinate participation in strategic events that support marketing and business objectives.
•Coordinate participation in community activities, programs, events.
•Draft fliers, web site content and other materials to promote activities of the Non-acute Care services and other AHC entities. Assist with the coordination of printing and management of printed materials with vendors and internal stakeholders.
•Manage online listings, ratings and reviews for multiple services.
•Coordinate and create social media content supporting Non-acute Care and other Adventist HealthCare entities.
•Develop materials for the media, help prepare experts for interviews and occasionally work with reporters on stories related to Non-acute Care and other Adventist HealthCare entities.
•Coordinate and manage public relations and marketing photo shoots and video shoots at entity locations and, possibly, in patient's homes or work settings.
•Work with AHC PR/Marketing team to ensure coordination or activities with other entities.

Qualifications include:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Two years of experience working in marketing, public relations, or communications.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but is not required.
• Strong writing skills are required.
• Have the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday (may periodically require work at events in the evenings or on weekends)
