We are seeking a Performance Measurement Lead to join the subscriptions marketing team. The candidate must possess a passion for analytics and digital technology to identify multi-faceted digital and marketing growth opportunities to meet business goals. They will work across several partner teams on analyzing marketing effectiveness, developing robust Tableau dashboards, and communicating insights to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities include
  • Performs a consultative and synthesis role in working with peers and cross-functional teams on subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with analytics to design effective and impactful dashboards and visualizations that tell a compelling story and articulate clearly defined and actionable recommendations.
  • Digital and marketing experience with the ability to analyze what's important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view including risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product engineering, and internal marketing teams to build an analytical framework for delivering insights on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Presents performance with a clear point of view so that insights can be used by senior leaders to help drive business strategy.


Requirements include:
  • At least 6-8 years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on business marketing strategy planning and communications, including an understanding of how marketing and communications strategies and tactics come together to provide measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and translate results into actionable deliverables and presentations.
  • Extensive experience in working with Tableau data visualization package.
  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint is essential.
  • Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting expectations and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as experience working in matrix structure with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple projects.
  • Strongly prefer consulting and strategy experience.
