HVAC Mechanic II Fan Coils Position 112651

Facilities Management at the University of Maryland College Park seeks a qualified mechanics to maintain fan coil units throughout campus, including inspecting, cleaning, troubleshooting, rebuilding and testing in order to provide safe and clean conditioned air to building occupants.

QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED; a valid Class “C” driver’s license or equivalent with fewer than 6 points; and have a minimum of six years related experience.

SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary based on qualifications and experience. Position is Essential and subject to 24-hour/day, 7-day/week span of operation. Benefits include health, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans, tuition remission for employees and dependents, and participation in the State pension system.
