We are looking for a member of our Staffing/Solutions division that will focus on business development, both from our established clients as well as developing new relationships and driving new business. We are looking for a Business Development Manager that has experience working with clients, both Federal and commercial, as an outside consultant to evaluate their project needs, from a staffing perspective and work with decision makers to qualify the technical skills required to accomplish their goals. You will then work with our internal recruiters to identify suitable candidates to meet their needs and coordinate the process the whole way through.

We have existing contracts in place with a number of large organizations in the Virginia and Washington DC Metro area and would like this candidate to help foster those relationships as well as prospect for new clients where our services will be helpful. This candidate will have the ability to capitalize on our existing client base but will also be encouraged to develop their own clients and grow their own book of business. We are also looking for this person to be responsible for the overall growth of the office and to develop future leaders in our company.  

5+ Years of professional experience preferably in a Sales or Business Development role

3+ Years of Management experience overseeing Sales and Recruiting staff
3+ Years as a Senior Account Manager or similar role.
Excellent communications skills
The ability to understand clients' technical requirements and the ability to relay the information to other team members
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required. A degree in a computer related field is preferred

2+ Years as a Senior Account Manager or similar role within the Federal Sector.
A Clearance is not required for this position but the ability to obtain a Clearance is preferred.
