                A Action Home Services is looking for the best and brightest people to work with us to create prosperity throughout the company.  A Action is a residential service company based out of Alexandria, VA that has been in business since 1976.We are  looking for honest, dependable,  technicians to help provide the best quality service to our clients.  This is not a seasonal hiring, rather an opportunity for a long term career.  In fact, our team members have, on average been working with us for 13 years!

Candidates will need to…

• Be well groomed with a neat and professional appearance
• Have strong communication skills and speak English very well
• Have HVAC experience of 4 years and cfc card
• Service, repair and replace HVAC systems of all types
• Have the desire to get the job done right the first time
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Pass background check and drug tests

Compensation and benefits:

Hourly rate plus commission on service contracts and system sales.
