As a Staff Education Specialist RN for Home Health, you'd be responsible for assessing staff learning needs, QI data and organizational initiatives and policies, the education specialist designs, coordinates, and implements education. You'd provide orientation for newly hired staff and ongoing education to current staff. The Staff Education Specialist would serve as a subject matter expert in home health nursing, participating in nurse leader meetings and initiatives and professional development (certification review).

Requirements:
Master' Degree preferred
Minimum three-five years' management experience and/or clinical experience
Three-five years' program and/or staff development experience preferred
Two years' experience at Adventist Home Health preferred
RN license in the state of Maryland
American Heart Association BLS card

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with a travel requirement.
