Elementary School Teachers & Preschool Teachers

Small, award-winning private school in Annandale (inside the Beltway) is currently seeking teachers for the 2019-20 school year: 

• Upper Elementary Grade Classroom Teacher - full-time M-F position beginning August 2019
• Lower Elementary Grade Classroom Teacher - full-time M-F position beginning August 2019
• Preschool Teacher - part-time, half-day 8:30AM-12:30PM, M-F position beginning August 2019
• Preschool After-care Teacher - part-time, 12-3:30PM or 12-6PM, M-F position beginning August 2019


Ideal teacher candidates will understand and practice student differentiation, understand and know how to facilitate hands-on and flexible learning, enjoy small classes, have appropriate and relevant past teaching experience, have experience team teaching and working collaboratively with other teachers, and desire to be a contributing member of a nurturing and small school community. 

Classroom teacher experience and four-year degree (preferably in elementary education or related field) required for teacher positions. *If you do not have both teaching experience and a four-year degree, please do not apply.*
