    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Expertise in developing and implementing an oversight program to promote the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of major Federal programs and operations.
    2. Extensive experience in directing and managing a functionally diverse and geographically dispersed staff.
    3. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing in order to provide expert advice and assistance to senior level officials both within and outside the organization.

    There are no education requirements for this position.
