Job Summary/Company:

We are looking for a specialist who can serve as the go to POC or full life cycle management of all hardware and technical devices in a growing environment. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the fist point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person, or over the phone or email
  • Maintain and manage client devices in an enterprise environment, including imaging of the devices, and updating and troubleshooting client device issues
  • Provide support for mobile devices including iPhones/iPads using Mobile Device Management
  • Move and install phones
  • Maintain printers and troubleshoot basic client application issues with user devices

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Position requires an associate degree in IT or CS, or a related field
  • Position requires around 5 years of working experience, or more in lieu of education
  • Position requires experience with hardware and software installation and issue resolution
  • Position requires proficiency in Internet-related applications and Windows-based business software
  • Position requires strong professional, communication skills in terms of reading, analyzing, interpreting, writing, and presenting 
  • Position requires basic math skills
  • Position requires reasoning ability in situation where only limited instructions exist
