  • Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level which is directly related to this line of work AND fluency in the English and French languages.

    Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    Specialized experience: Applicants' fluency of the French language must exhibit the following: (1) Knowledge of multimedia programming principles and methods by writing, editing and producing integrated, well-balanced scripts, programs or segments; (2) Exercising sound editorial judgment; and (3) Working under deadline pressure and improvising solutions.

    Applicants cannot substitute education for experience.
