The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB), a non-profit scientific organization located in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks an individual to be responsible for the recruitment of staff and training initiatives for employees.  The Human Resources Department is a small office which allows for exposure to other facets of human resources. 

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruiting and interviewing experience, plus staff development experience.    The candidate must have excellent communication, computer, interpersonal and customer service skills.  The applicant must be familiar or have the ability to learn our ADP recruitment module.  Bachelor’s Degree is required.  PHR or SHRM-CP is  a plus.
