  • If selected, you will be subject to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access/eligibility
  • along with SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAM (SAP) access and eligibility in order to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
  • The clearance process can take 120 days or longer to complete. This position requires prepublication review.

    QUALIFICATIONS: In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

    Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

    To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-02 . Specialized experience is defined as: experience in management, organizational leadership principles and practices; experience performing analysis and oversight of weapon systems engineering and production; and experience analyzing program performance, operations and risks.

    Education cannot be substituted for experience.

    • This is a Defense Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Level III within 24 months of entrance on duty.
